Compassion Cultivation Training   
Eight Sessions: Tuesdays 6:00-8:00pm
March 5th – April 23rd, 2019
This class, developed through Stanford’s Center for Compassion, Altruism, Research and Education (CCARE),  is a thoughtful exploration of our capacity to cultivate more compassion in our lives, for ourselves and others.  Compassion is a key to living a more fulfilled and joyfully satisfying life, and offers us tools to keep our presence and humanity in the face of life’s inevitable suffering.
