Lightfulness Workshop with Moshe Cohen

10 am to 4 pm
This workshop will focus on the intersection of humor and mindfulness. I’ve studied with Moshe and consider him a master teacher and performer and all around great guy. And he taught Zen clowning to Bernie Glassman! The workshop will involve relaxing, having fun, laughter, movement, and perhaps some theatrical clowning.
