​JULY 18 WED 6:30-8:30PM SIT Arinna leads sit and gives dharma talk at Prospect Congregational United Church of Christ 1919 E Prospect St, Seattle, WA 98112.​ $5 + dana for the teacher. More if you can, less if you can’t. No one turned away. ​
Accessible.  ​Oriented towards the LGBTQI Gender Queer community.

JULY 21 SAT 10-4PM  Day of Mindfulness  Sitting, Walking and Eating meditation. Dharma talk and discussion. Bring lunch. Snacks and tea provided. It is a wood floor. Bring blankets and your cushions.  There are chairs there.  

Nice walking trails and possible swimming in Lake Washington after.

At the Audubon Center building in Seward Park (#50 bus). 5902 Lake Washington Blvd S, Seattle, WA 98118. Accessible.
