Teaching with Ven. Khenpo Monlam on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend (classic text)

Ven. Khenpo Monlam who is a resident lama at the White Lotus  Buddhist Center in Rochester, New York will give a special teaching on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend, one of the great classic texts in Mahayana Buddhism.

Khenpo entered the Drikung Kagyu Institute in Dehradun, India, at the age of 13 and completed the rigorous nine-year curriculum at Kagyu College, developing a deep understanding of Buddhist philosophy through intensive study and debate. During his time at Kagyu College, he also authored books on Buddhist philosophy. He served as a Secretary to his Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Cheesing Rinpoche and for seven years on the editorial staff of Kagyu College contributing to the preservation and publication of important Buddhist texts.
