Ethical challenges are inherent to clinical practice. Along with adhering to professional codes of ethics, clinicians need internal and external resources, and restorative practices to help develop and strengthen their own ethical intelligence and foster personal safeguards for ethical practice.

This workshop offers a unique and contemplative approach to addressing ethical challenges inherent in clinical practice.

Participants will learn Reflective Meditation, an innovative meditation process, and identify specific ethical challenges in their work, as well as enhance the strengths and supports that sustain ethical practice.

An exploration of the Buddhist concepts of Conditionality and the Eightfold Path will deepen understanding of the conditions that lead to ethical vulnerability and provide insights for ethical decision making.
