Pariyatti Presents… Beyond Day Ten with Corinne Bilyayev

Corinne Bilyayev, author of Beyond Day Ten, will be joining us on Zoom on July 26 for an interview and Q&A session.

As usual, this Pariyatti Presents… event is free to attend; registration is needed to instantly receive the Zoom ID, link, and password. Questions will be collected and selected from the audience present.

Beyond Day Ten is a guide written for Old Students of of Vipassana as taught by S.N. Goenka, and will be interested to everyone committed to practicing meditation at home regularly. The book aims to energize and inspire continued practice outside of a meditation center. It shares the author’s personal experience and practical application of Dhamma principles.

The author provides insights into overcoming hindrances such as sleep, sex, children, frustration, boredom, and even the role of food and work in maintaining one’s practice. She also shares how her practice has been sustained by cultivating good friendships on the Path, offering Dhamma service, studying pariyatti (Dhamma literature), participating in group sits, and sitting annual Vipassana courses for deeper work and support.

Beyond Day Ten has also been released in Hungarian and Ukrainian. All language versions of Beyond Day Ten are available in soft cover, eBook bundle, and free PDF. 

There is also a free audiobook in English as read by the author.
