Upright Noble Zen is a community based in Anchorage, Alaska. Members of this community engage in Zen practice together.
Practice Schedule
Sundays 5:00 to 6:30 pm: Sunday program including zazen (meditation) and a Dharma Talk.
Monthly retreats are offered October through April.
