Based on the Joy of Living teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, our weekly peer-led meditation group explores meditation techniques designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom. Our meetings are free and open to all. We invite you to join us!
About Us
We are a diverse group of meditators ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each Monday, we explore different topics that are based on the teachings of Mingyur Rinpoche, using guided meditations, video teachings, short readings from his first book The Joy of Living and teachings that are taught in Calming the Mind: Joy of Living 1 and Opening the Heart: Joy of Living 2 programs.
