Shambhala Buddhist Meditation Center offers classes in Shambhala Buddhism, traditional Tibetan Buddhism, and open house meditation instruction and practice opportunities.

Regular Offerings – Join Us:
Sunday Morning Open House – Every Sunday, sitting, facilitated dharma discussion. Open to all. Beginning meditation instruction available (in-person).
— Second Sundays (in-person): Jinpa Solidarity Sit: Cultivating Mindfulness & Compassion for Engaged Action.
Children’s Program – Every first Sunday morning of the month.
Thursday Evening Open House – Every Thursday, sitting, dharma talk or facilitated discussion. Open to all. Beginning meditation instruction available (in-person).
Tuesday Evening Open House – Every Tuesday evening, Open to all. (online only).
Learn to Meditate – Once a month on a Saturday morning (in person).
Queer Dharma – First & third Monday evenings (in-person).
Heart of Recovery – Every Wednesday evening (in-person and online).
BIPOC Meditation Group – First Sunday morning of the month (in-person & online).
