Parayana Vihara
Description
At the heart of Pārāyana Vihāra is a sangha of Theravada bhikkhunis who are practicing the Buddha’s teachings as a whole life path. Ayya Anandabodhi is the Teacher and Abbot of Pārāyana Vihāra. Ayya Anandabodhi originally trained with Ajahn Sumedho, Ajahn Sucitto, and the community of Siladhara in the Lineage of Ajahn Chah, and later took full Bhikkhuni Ordination with Ayyā Tathālokā Bhikkhunī as her preceptor. Ayya teaches meditation retreats nationally.
