Description
The Chenrezig Project is based in Duvall, WA (King County). Our regular gatherings are well-suited for anyone interested in practical Tibetan Buddhism, the Tibetan experience, meditation, abiding well-being or simply experiencing teachings from a lineage of extraordinary masters, etc.
We have found this curriculum of teachings and practices leads to very beneficial insights and perspectives, and educated/comfortable/familiar practitioners have the best results with meditation, behavioral changes, every day motivations/actions, etc.
Come learn “DharmaPractics” in a friendly, equanimous, fertile environment.
Our meetings are suitable for those with no Buddhist and/or meditation experience as well as those with regular practices. That said, we do not simply scratch the surface but often dive deep in clear, accessible ways for all present.
