Blue Heron Zen Community
Description
Blue Heron Zen Community practices Zen in the lineage of Zen Master Seung Sahn, the first Korean Zen Master to live and teach in the West. Zen Master Jeong Bong (Eric Nord), Dharma heir of Zen Masters Ji Bong (Robert Moore) and Jeong Ji (Anita Feng), is the guiding teacher of the Blue Heron Zen Community. We host weekly Zen practice, retreats, workshops, and discussion groups at our Seattle location along with daily online group meditation practice and scheduled one on one dharma dialogues using Zoom video conferencing.
Our warm-hearted community encourages dialogue and creativity as a way to continuously re-discover the gifts of Zen training. The Blue Heron Zen Center is a beautiful residential house located in North Seattle.
