Sunday Sangha Night

Practicing Buddhism with others offers a unique opportunity to get to know oneself, learn from each other, and express oneself more deeply through relationship.

The evening is a rotating program of meditation, dharma talks, and puja (devotional ritual) but each night includes some meditation. Check the program or the newsletter for details at Seattle Buddhist Center.org
