Sharing the Dharma Day with the Sravasti Abbey Community

Description: Join the monks and nuns of Sravasti Abbey, a Buddhist monastery near Newport, WA, for a monthly Sharing the Dharma Day. It’s a chance to explore Buddhist teachings and share in community fellowship.Topics are drawn from the book, Working With Anger, by Abbey founder and abbess Ven. Thubten Chodron. All are welcomed. The day includes guided meditation, a teaching, facilitated discussion, and potluck lunch. Your nutritious vegetarian potluck offering is welcomed for lunch (no onions or garlic, please), and registration is required.
