Secure Your 2026 Retreat: KCC’s Goldendale Retreat Center Availability

Dear Dharma Family,

Kagyu Changchub Chuling (KCC), a Portland-based Vajrayana Buddhist center, operates a beautiful and secluded retreat facility on 240 acres in rural Goldendale, Washington. This environment is ideal for deep practice and contemplation.

Since 2024, we’ve made these facilities available for rental to other Buddhist groups seeking a dedicated space for their events. We understand that organizing a successful retreat requires significant planning and a long lead time, which is why we are now actively booking for the 2026 event season and encourage you to begin planning with us now.

Last year, we were delighted to host several outside groups, including Dekeling, Dona Tai Chi, and Sati Sangha. We hope to support your community’s practice next.

Availability & Requirements

2026 Openings:

• March 27-April 3 (8 days)
• July 10-20 (11 days)
• November 6-December 14 (39 days)

Our minimum requirements for hosting a retreat are:

• Duration: Minimum of 4 days and 3 nights
• Attendance: Minimum of 8 retreatants
