Khenpo will be providing a commentary on the Kuntuzangpo Prayer from the Northern Treasures’ Mind of Penetrating Openness by Terton Rigdzin Godem.

Khenpo Yeshi is from Kham, East Tibet. He completed a three-year retreat under the guidance of H.E. Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche who granted him special Dzogchen teachings & personal instruction.  Khenpo taught at H.E. Chokuyi Nyima’s monastery.  Khenpo received teachings & empowerments from H.E. Garchen Rinpoche. In 2001 he participated in the first Yamantaka at Garchen Institute which lasted 45 days.  Since 2001, Khenpo has participated in retreats at Lama Tharchin’s Dharma Center in Santa Cruz and at Garchen Institute in Arizona.  Khenpo is currently completing his Ph.D. at UC Berkeley.
