This retreat offers a rare opportunity to explore a range of different approaches to finding freedom, using the Insight Dialogue meditation practice to draw together wisdom from both the Insight and Zen traditions. Silence, time in nature, and shared meditative inquiry can illuminate how views form and inform every aspect of our lives, including our understanding of ourselves, society and the world.
There are no prerequisites for this retreat. No prior Insight Dialogue experience is necessary.
