Sravasti Abbey is pleased to return to Spokane for weekly teachings on Wednesday evenings. A rotating pair of Abbey monastics will teach from Ven. Thubten Chodron’s Open Heart, Clear Mind, giving a solid foundation in understanding the Buddhist worldview.
Venerables Thubten Jigme and Thubten Dekyi begin the spring session on March 19, beginning with a focus on working effectively with emotions. Classes will include time for discussion and Q&A, along with guided meditations from time to time. No prior experience or registration is required; just bring your open and curious mind! No registration necessary.
The class will be held in the lower level at the Spokane Buddhist Temple at 927 S Perry St. Please enter through the basement door on Perry Street, north of the main Temple stairs.
COST: Donations are welcome.
