About this Mini-Retreat:

Do you want to learn more about an ancient bedtime practice to help you fall asleep, sleep more deeply – and wake up feeling more refreshed and tuned into your heart and mind?

During this one-day mini-retreat, we will explore how Buddhists prepare for daily life and death using a simple practice taught by Dzongsar Jamyan Khyentse in his book, Living is Dying: How to Prepare for Death, Dying and Beyond.

About the Teacher

Alley Smith, Practicing since 1999, she’s taken Refuge Vows, Bodhisattva Vows, 10 Precepts, and is a Vajrayana Student. She is an ordained Zen Buddhist Chaplain. Specializing in palliative-hospice care, healthcare, and first responder chaplaincy (Fire & EMS). Alley is also a Funeral Clergy/Celebrant and US military veteran and lives in Bozeman, Montana. chaplainalley@gmail.com
