Grand Chöd Celebration & Retreat – Opening the Sky Door to Embodied Wisdom

This retreat offers a rare opening into the Vajrayana path, inviting sincere practitioners to
experience the heart of Chö—a path of embodied wisdom and the union of compassion and
emptiness. Celebrating ten years of the Ganden and Dakini Ear‐Whispered Lineages in the
West, Dakini’s Whisper bridges ancient teachings with modern practice.

Under the guidance of Chöying Khandro (Khandro‑la)—author, long‑time practitioner, and holder of the full Ear‑Whispered Chö lineage—this retreat will illuminate the living tradition of Chö as a path of embodied wisdom and healing for world peace. Khandro‑la carries forward the transmissions of Khalkha Jetsun Dampa the Mahasiddha from Takten, a stream of teachings preserved deep within Mongolia and rarely offered in theWest.

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of Dakini’s Whisper, a milestone in our commitment to transmitting the Ganden and Dakini Ear‑Whispered Lineages within the Geluk school of Tibetan Buddhism. In this spirit, we offer this letter—and the accompanying outreach flyer—as a bridge of connection with places of Vajrayana practice, Buddhist study, and contemplative arts throughout the Bay Area.

• Empowerments (Wang) & Transmissions (Lung) from the Chö lineage
• Practice instruction (Tri) and guided ritual
