Seattle Insight Meditation Society
Description
Our ongoing Monday evening sangha begins with a 40-minute meditation, followed by a dharma talk or discussion. Tim Geil, Tuere Sala and Keri Pederson are our guiding teachers. Seattle Insight hosts many visiting teachers, such as Sharon Salzberg, Norman Fischer, Venerable Pannavati and Phillip Moffitt. See our website, seattleinsight.org for introductory classes, retreats and special events. The website has video and audio talks by founding teacher, Rodney Smith, visiting teachers and our local Dharma Leaders teachers – including our weekly Dharma Talks.
