Eastside Insight Meditation
Description
We are a mindfulness/Vipassana group, practicing primarily in the Theravada tradtition, led by Steve Wilhelm as teacher.
We meditate for 40 minutes, then share tea and discuss the dharma together. Sometimes outside teachers visit.
Eastside Insight Meditation is affiliated with Seattle Insight Meditation. People can visit Eastside Insight online and in person, the latter in the chapel of Northshore Unitarian Universalist Church in Kirkland, Washington. Please email Steve to get on the email mailing list.
