Mindful Eating-Compassionate Living Retreat

Dr. Sharon Suh of Seattle University will be hosting a mindful eating retreat on January 25th. The half day retreat will begin at 9:00am and will run until about 12:00pm. Lunch will not be provided, but please feel free to bring a lunch and share in some discussions following the retreat. Tina Rasmussen, Ph.D., learned to meditate at the age of 13 and has been meditating for over 30 years. She was ordained as a Theravada Buddhist nun by Venerable Pa Auk Sayadaw of Burma, who also authorized her to teach. Tina is the co-author of “Practicing the Jhanas” (Shambhala), as well as several books on human potential. Tina works with students worldwide.
