Thursday, February 15 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Now more than in any recent time in history, we face an extraordinary amount of disturbing news in our daily lives. Buddhist teachings offer a profound array of mental-emotional tools that can help us to not only survive, but to thrive amidst increasing social-ecological pressures. Venerable Robina Courtin, a Buddhist nun, and beloved teacher to students around the world for over 40 years returns to Seattle, offering us her insights on how to navigate our current situation with joy, compassion, and wisdom.
