Wednesdays, February 28 – March 21, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Four Wednesday evenings of a meditation practice workshop, with in-class guided meditation exercises that specifically focus on the traditional Buddhist teachings on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (body, feelings, mind and phenomena) in a fresh and contemporary way.
When we relate directly to body, feelings, mind, and phenomena with watchfulness and wisdom, we are practicing mindfulness. We become aware of their most basic state of simplicity, and we relate to that. This is the essence or nature of mindfulness.
Each class also includes facilitated group discussion. The course was developed over the last several years in Seattle by senior Nalandabodhi students and experienced practitioners under Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche’s guidance.
$40 for Nalandabodhi members
