Day Retreat on Buddhist Meditation & Quaker Worship

Please join us on a half-day in-person retreat to explore both Seattle Insight Meditation Society (SIMS) and University Friends Meeting (UFM) practices in order to learn more about the other community and maybe make new acquaintances or spark interest in a new practice. We will close the morning retreat with a potluck lunch. More information will be available closer to the date.
