Day of Mindfulness

We invite you to join SIMS Local Dharma Leader Steve Wilhelm, and members of the graduating Introduction to Insight Meditation Class series, in a day of sitting and walking meditation in the Vipassana tradition. We will gather on Saturday, February 11th, from 9 am to 4:30 pm PDT in the sanctuary at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church in Kirkland.  This event, to which all interested meditation practitioners are welcome, will be held Online and in Person. Zoom log in information and more detailed information about how the Day of Mindfulness will unfold will be emailed to registrants by the day before the event.

Please note: If you are in the current Introductory Meditation Class Series, your class registration includes the Day of Mindfulness, so no additional donation is suggested. This day-long retreat will meet in a hybrid setting, both In-Person and Online simultaneously. When you register, you will be required to choose between In-Person and Online.
