Contentment in Everyday Life

Contentment can be hard to find. We all experience thoughts or feelings of inadequacy, with that nagging sense that we are just not good enough. Much of the time we search for contentment in things, achievements or relationships. In this course you will learn how with meditation and contemplation practice, we can relax with ourselves as we are and appreciate simple human experience.

By letting go of the struggle to be something “better,” we can make space for our inherently intelligent, compassionate, and strong nature to flourish.

This six-week course is designed for beginner or returning meditators. Open to all!
