Chenrezig Project

  • The Chenrezig Project has expanded from Florida to Snohomish County with founder/teacher Mark Winwood's relocation. Our regular gatherings are very well-suited for anyone interested in Buddhism,Tibet and Tibetan history and culture, meditation, enriching teachings from a lineage of extraordinary masters, etc.

These teachings and practices, non-denominational Tibetan Buddhist with foundation in the Gelug Lam-rim tradition, lead to very beneficial insights and perspectives, and educated/comfortable/famĀiliar practitioners have the best results with meditation, behavioral changes, every day motivations/actions, etc.

Come see for yourself and learn "DharmaPractics" in a friendly, equanimous, fertile environment.

Our meetings are suitable for those with no Buddhist and/or meditation experience as well as those with regular practices. That said, we do not simply scratch the surface but often dive deep in clear, accessible ways for all present.

All are welcome.. Very friendly, supportive and respectful atmosphere. FREE.

  • Regular gatherings every Tuesday evening, 7pm to 8:45pm in Monroe. Wednesday Skype/webcasting at 4pm (Pacific) . . . special event workshops soon to be announced.

Beginning October 18 in Redmond at Health Within -- Sunday morning (10:30a to 12:30p) -- Dharma meditations, teachings, etc. Free of charge, all invited.
